We understand that to create a new community that works, we must engage with the local community from an early stage to develop our plans. That’s why we are keen to listen and talk to you about our plans.
We recently held our second public consultation on Morrisons’ plans for the Camden store. The plans will offer a new look Morrisons store, petrol station and a community of new homes, offices and shops.
The information on show can be viewed on the link below. We will consider all feedback following the return deadline of Tuesday 2 May 2017. A feedback form can be downloaded via the link below.

We held our first public consultation events on 23, 24 & 26 November where local residents were invited to view and comment on the emerging masterplan and proposals for the site. On display was a series of information boards, which included the emerging masterplan, and sketches of how the development might look. In addition a video explaining the heritage of the site was on show. The event was an opportunity for the team to hear the local community’s thoughts on the plans and receive feedback.
270 people visited the consultation over the three days and 54 visitors submitted their thoughts via the feedback forms available. This feedback is valuable to us and we are currently reviewing comments to assist in further preparing the proposals.
We have produced a feedback report summarising the feedback received from the first public consultation which you can view here.
We will be now holding our second round of public consultation in April to share the updated proposals before we submit a planning application.
